Visitors can earn up to 50% off on grocery and household items such as spices, rice, soaps, shampoo, cleaning products and more from 39 major wholesale stores such as Fakhruddin, Mohiddeen, Falcon, Safco, Spire International, Omega Spices, Rashid Shabbir Trading, Choithrams and Smart Line trading.
Shoppers can also look forward to Souk Al Marfa’s annual Mega Souk Sale starting from 23 June to 9 July and can get up to 50% off on select items across fashion, electronics, perfume, skin care and more, with over 50 different retailers to pick from.
To mark the holy month of Ramadan, Souk Al Marfa the waterfront souk and marketplace at Dubai Islands, will be hosting a daily night market from 1 to 30 April starting from 8 pm to 2 am.
As part of the market’s daily programme, Souk Al Marfa is collaborating with the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) to host free iftar tents for 150 people every day from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, which will then be transformed to a food hall from 8 pm onwards. The night market will also encompass a range of Majlis tents featuring Arabic sweets and relaxing lounges as well as over 35 kiosks that sell a range of Ramadan-related products such as oud perfumes, Jalabiyas, dates and more.

Visitors can also enjoy roaming entertainment along the destination’s outdoor area including Egyptian folklore, Arabic dances, musical performances as well as indoor activations such as face painting, arts and crafts and more. There will also be a dedicated outdoor play area for kids to enjoy.
More than 950 shops currently operate at Souk Al Marfa with another 200 set to open soon across various categories such as carpets, lights, spices, fashion, electronics, as well as the authentic Thai and Persian markets. Souk Al Marfa’s operating hours in Ramadan are from 12 pm to midnight from Monday to Thursday, 2 pm to 2 am on Friday and 12 pm to 2 am on Saturday and Sunday.

Fill your day with colour, music, dance and delicious food as Souk Al Marfa, the waterfront souk and marketplace, celebrates Holi, the popular Indian festival, featuring F&B kiosks, the smearing of coloured powder around and ticketed live performances from Harrdy Sandhu, Money Aujla and Funky Boyz on 19 March from 10 am to 6 pm.
Also known as the festival of colours, Holi celebrates the triumph of good over evil and the changing of the seasons from winter to spring. Taking place at the stunning waterfront, the festival promises a wealth of F&B kiosks and stalls featuring traditional and modern Indian delicacies, Insta-worthy installations and illuminating and vibrant colours to enact the traditional ritual.

In line with the new Saturday – Sunday weekend, Souk Al Marfa’s operating hours are 10 am to 10 pm from Monday to Thursday, 2 pm to 12 midnight on Friday, and 10 am to 12 midnight on Saturday and Sunday.
Another year brings another exciting edition of the Red Bull Car Park Drift to Souk Al Marfa, the waterfront souk and marketplace at Dubai Islands. The nation’s most talented drifters will unite once again for one of the most thrilling events in the region’s motorsports calendar on Sunday 6 March from 11 am to 6 pm.

The 2022 UAE qualifiers of the Red Bull Car Park Drift will be judged by the biggest names in the motorsport world including: Jordanian drift king Ahmad Daham; Emirati motocross champion Mohammed Al Balooshi; Lebanon’s Yousif Basil, and Yemeni Wadhah Abdullah Ali, not to mention the return of Lebanese drifting legend and Red Bull athlete, Abdo Feghali, as the event director.

The victorious drifter of the UAE finals will earn a spot in the Red Bull Car Park Drift World Championship, set to take place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 30 November 2022. They will get the opportunity to make history and join previous title holders, including recent winners such as 2021 champion, Ahmed Al Amri (Oman/Qatar), 2019’s Anas El Helou (Jordan), and 2018’s Oliver El Kik (Lebanon).

Souk Al Marfa at Dubai Islands, the new waterfront souk and marketplace by Nakheel, is marking the UAE’s Golden Jubilee with a 3-day festival featuring an array of fun-filled activities from 2 to 4 December. Celebrate the 50 th National Day along Souk Al Marfa’s waterfront at Village 4, from 2 pm to 10 pm and indulge in a plethora of live activations during the long weekend. The free-to-enter festival will feature an exclusive motor show with 300 super cars on display, stage shows, roaming entertainment, DJ performances, remote control car shows and competitions, as well as food trucks for everyone to enjoy. The 3-day extravaganza will also host live cooking stations, Arabian traditional tents, live sketching and graphic illustrations and a thrift market by ‘Dude Just Dude’, a homegrown marketplace for creators and aspiring entrepreneurs. Promising to deliver something for everyone, the festival will also host a carpet exhibition and a souk wide sale featuring 50% off on all groceries, household appliances and electronics across the shopping destination.
